CD Replacement Policy

If a CD is damaged, defective or lost within the first year after purchase, replacement CDs are mailed free of charge. After the first year of ownership, replacement CDs can be purchased at a charge of $6.00 each plus a $3.00 charge for postage and handling. 

To Libraries, Schools, Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities

To assure prompt delivery please order directly from Audio Book Contractors, LLC. There is no prepayment required. Schools, libraries, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities receive a discount on any titles that are ordered on CD. We welcome an opportunity to be in touch with you, and your suggestions for future titles and service are gratefully received.
